Moises participated in the panel “Moises App: Artificial Intelligence Applied to Music Production,” exploring the impact of AI on music creation.

Moderated by Felipe Vassão—producer, composer, and Latin Grammy Award winner, the discussion featured insights from Bruno Maia (VP of Mobile at Moises/Music AI), Beatriz Rosito (VP of People at Moises/Music AI), Rafael Lyra (Audiovisual Executive Producer at Moises), Mahmundi (artist and producer), and Adieu (music producer).

AI in music production: Ethics, innovation, and accessibility

The panelists emphasized that AI is an ally to creativity, expanding artistic possibilities rather than replacing human expression.

Bruno Maia highlighted Moises’ ethical approach, noting that we develop our AI models using original content by our in-house team of musicians and producers. With around 70% of the team being musicians, Moises ensures its technology is built responsibly, without infringing on artists’ rights.

The discussion also showcased practical applications of AI in music production. Adieu presented a case study on how AI streamlined the organization of Mahmundi’s catalog, facilitating efficient song filtering by key and BPM.

Additionally, Moises’ technology is transforming the music industry as a democratizing force. Independent artists now have access to professional-grade tools like vocal isolation and instrument removal, features that were previously available only in high-end studios.
